Ordered a hamburger and fries to split with my husband. The hamburger came 1/2 well done and the other half very red. Like only half was over a flame. Waitress didn't come back until we finally motioned her over. She looked at the meat and said that's the way we cook it ...medium unless we tell them otherwise.
