The French fries were real good. They were Fluffy and crunchy just the way I like it. The food was good overall. The Mac and Cheese was solid as well. I liked the French fries better than the mashed potatoes . I liked my food but the sauce threw me off slightly. The bison was good too I heard. White buffalo has decent, modern decor. I think they have some decent menu concepts but execution and quality control needs a little help. Loved whitefish pate. For example , the vegetable was baby broccoli, but that was translated to one stalk. Come again! I had a caper sauce with my fish and that translated to 3 capers. Huh?
