I baked a sponge cake, asked if he was fresh, said it was if I ate something, it was quiet, my wife said it was about 3 days old or more, not something they would serve the guests, cost me $10, which is for simple sponge expensive, it was usual for good bakery to throw or to give away unsold cake at the end of the day. very disappointed by the quality here and will not return.
