"As we didn't want to be responsible for creating a taste bud tickling masterpiece, we ordered off the chef creations menu. I asked our server about 2 options, she said 1 was ordered more frequently, so I ordered that...a small Pad Thai. And my husband a large fried rice. When we went to eat our to go order, I had instead received the teriyaki chicken it was missing the onion and was the same size as my husband's...so either mine was too big or his too small. Both our dishes lacked any real flavor and were dry (as in not saucy thankfully they weren't overcooked). We often share a meal...that is simply not an option here as there was very little food in the $15 large."

"I have noticed the difference of going at different times of the day to this store and it is not good. Morning is okay but night is even worst. I don’t care for the attitude but I care about the product I am getting. I ordered at the drive thru and didn't get what I specifically wanted. No effort or pride to satisfy the customer."

"Not sure if we caught them on a bad night, or if their struggles are a regular occurrence. They were out of several sides (or in some cases, key ingredients of some sides such that they couldn 't be prepared normally) but that wasn 't apparent until after waiting over 20 minutes in line to order food leading to frustration and hurried alternative selection. I ordered the Smokey Appleation burger it was a good burger (served with a mountain of tater tots) but far from spectacular. I went to get more BBQ sauce at the counter, and was told We don 't have BBQ sauce . After clarifying that I had just received a burger with BBQ sauce on it, I was then told oh, well we ran out . That same attitude was apparent in most of the staff not a particularly warm bunch of folks. Could have just been unfortunate timing on a busy night, but definitely a less than stellar experience."
