Cachanilla - Madera

What Malcolm Gin likes about Cachanilla:
Excellent and very tasty Birria, fresh made tortillas, pickles, and all the toppings. The broth was tasty by itself, and even more tasty with judicious use of a a special smoky chile-oil salsa served with the birria. Regular Combination Burrito was very tasty, especially with the provided red salsas, which I preferred over the still quite excellent green tomatillo salsas. Haven’t been able to try them because they’re never open. Have gone on the times it’s stated on the door and still not open. Please update we’d like to try it and update our review View all feedback.
