they start with the best homemade bread anywhere. I was at other places where they say they make their own brot, but that's as good as mama did 60 years ago. almost everything is from the ground. the minestrone was great and the auberginenparmagana was the best of all time. most places serve this dry broth slices, but not these youngs. that's a fantastic place.
