What Diaa Elsadat likes about el Shaimaa :
Whole in the wall with 5 6 table small medium size. But the food is amazing. The real taste of Egyptian home made food. They have wooden oven and clay pots which takes the food to a different level. I tried kofta, sujok, hawawshi, and rice with liver and all with amazing; after that i had Umm Ali which was prepared fresh and was super yummi. They only missing tea from the menu. Highly recommended for couples. View all feedback.
For me this is the best place for local and traditional Egyptian food in warm cozy ambient with friendly staff.
