Honestly don’t see the hype with this place. Went here a few nights after Christmas with family. We were told by so many people that this is the best in town and in my opinion it was just eh. Felt like we waited forever for the food. Bread was crumbly and fell apart. Calamari was good. When we finally got our dinner the chicken parm was good. Absolutely fabulous veal parmigan meal. The service was exceptional. I look forward to dining there again and trying another entre.

A decadent restaurant that does not fall short in any of the categories. The food stimulates the palet and transcends you to another world. The sauce reminded me of being back in grandma's kitchen, who was born and raised in Italy. The atmosphere and price point deserves higher admiration then a mere 5 stars. I have never recommended a restaurant as highly as I do for Cafe Allegre, but don't just take my word for it, prove me wrong.
