Where do I start? I asked for the sirloin steak to be cooked medium and what I got was a charcoal brisket! The server asked me to cut it open with my knife

"I got a cake before from Evie’s. The cakes are good but the customer service is horrible. I wanted to get a cake for my daughters graduation. She told me to send her what I want. I did. She called back and said she can do it. Then she told me the price. I agreed and I just said tomorrow, didn’t even let me finish. I think someone has the right to get a price with out paying immediately and she quickly said I don’t have time. You need to pay today. You either order today or you can’t order for Saturday. I had a coworker that told me not to go to her because she’s rude. Now, I see. You need to work on your customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere."
