With a student at UW we are fairly frequent guests here and each time the experience has been great. Sean at the front desk is a marvel! We even hosted a small wedding reception here during Covid in the space adjacent to the upstairs restaurant and the staff made it so special despite the challenging times. Poor service from front desk staff to valet parking staff. Amenities (food, coffee) poorly managed. I would likely not choose to stay at this location again in the future due to the poor service. I stay at Marriott locations worldwide and this one is truly disappointing View all feedback.
