There were way too many customers here (without masks on) and only one employee working the front. The only other employee was too busy making ice cream cake orders. On top of that, the employee making the ice cream cakes, was chewing gum and her ponytail kept sweeping into the ice cream. Gross. These employees need some more training and much more help!
