"Genuine Southern Comfort Food. Like my wife said, this is Paula Deen home. We like to explore local joints and O 'Neal 's Country Buffet lives up to its name. Meet with our son and his two brothers, that was a perfect place to feed hungry guys. At $8.50 each and it contains your sweet tea or lemonade, it is really a great amount. Make sure to get the fried chicken when they put it warm and fresh. We all loved it. The boys shaved around the potatoes. Dessert included a selection of cobblers, puddings and some fresh fruits. While it is comfort food on the display, you can go through your way and eat healthy with salad, vegetables, and baked chicken or beef from jus. Overall, really good South-Comfort-Food Buffet, a place that loves locals, and only about 9 minutes from Interstate 10. Oh, yes... the service is how you would expect friendly."
