In the drive through line and I realized I didn't have my wallet. I apologized at the window and started to drive away. The cashier told me to wait and gave me my food anyway. WOW! There are not many places that would do that! What a wonderful business from top to bottom! Chick Fil-A is a business model that every company should strive to emulate.
