"The lobby wasn't open. The lady taking our order was nice, but the lady handing out our meals looked like she couldn't care. We ordered six bo-berries and got one spork. They had nowhere to throw away trash. Customer service is not the priority."

"Zaxby's has always been a favorite of the first time I moved to Savannah, GA to my trip back to Georgia. Her chicken fingers are so delicious with Spicy Zaxby's sauce. The people who work there were very friendly and nice. If you never see Zaxby. My disclaimer in some places is the chicken very salty I don't know why this is, but if it's right, it's very good."

"Destroy how so many places there are days shorthanded. The front-end server has an excellent task to balance the acquisition of orders and the order of customers to them. The soda fountain had a not working head and she took the time to get the drink I wanted, despite the rush she had to do with."

Atl and pick up or see my mother(she lives about 40 minutes away and they were so patient because we were 25 people deep Lololol and took the whole area and stayed 2 hours! "I went to it 3 times (2.5 in 2 days,I had a good tasting turkey sandwich and good tasting fries,I liked it so much that I thought to have it for bfast the next morning,so I went in the a.m. and they were out of turkey (whataheck? ,I ordered a (should ve known horresndous,miserable tasting bufalo chicken sandwich,it was one of the ugliest tasting sandwich I ve ever had to pay for. The service was poor,my server decided to have breakfast herself inmediatly after she served me,so that meant my drink was dry,and I really needed a drink for that awful sandwich...so no drink,I could only eat half of that horrible sandwich,I left the chicken strips and everything else,I ate the bread only(who makes a sandwich with chicken strips,really?,a drunk person? . So in the afternoon I went and thought maybe they have that delicious sandwich,but a girl on her phone too busy to talk to me,I waited about a minute,then she asks if I need a menu...I am like... N..O,I would like a seat and menu , She then informs me that they only serve to go orders after certain time..and a bunch of people sitting...so I said,no thanks. This is sure one place I won t comeback, their servers need training,this is one sorry place."
