Fulin's Asian Cuisine - Madison

I ordered the pad Thai, it was so greasy I could not taste the flavor. Possibly the worst pad Thai I have ever had. That?s on me though for ordering a Thai dish at a Chinese joint though. I also ordered the steamed dumplings. They were sticky and just thick and not the best. Fulins steamed dumplings used to be so good. The egg roll was the best thing I ordered and I would give it a 6/10. Super sad with the quality of food this time around.

I'm embarrassed to write this review. 3 years who live here complain about the lack of genuine good Chinese food at a decent price. We all agreed that it was some of the best Chinese food we ever had. Everything from sauces to coatings to the quality of food and service itself was incredible. The crab lice and the green beans starters were top notch including the sauces they accompanied. Kungpao Shrimps Spicy but not exaggerated. The orange chicken sauce was fantastic and the cuts of the chicken were not overly coated with dough. Combo rice well made. This is now the absolute only place where we will eat Chinese food in the Madison area.

Top-tier Asian cuisine, absolutely the best in Madison. Friendly staff, sand the food is delicious. I had one of the specials this last time, and I literally hung up on how good the shrimps were. It's crazy.

Rangoons were excellent, but everything else was average. The service was decent, even though it put me under pressure to order an alcoholic beverage. During our meal he always asked.

Sashimi was soo yummy and my pepper steak was also good. but it takes forever, they brought my order...
