I grew up eating korean Bbq almost 3 or 4 times a week. Having missed out on true korean food moving to madison I was very excited to get some Kalbi finally. I did, prices were as expected for the midwest. It was pretty good, I was impressed. Many places absolutely butcher Kalbi (no pun intended).
