Good coffee and the white chocolate, macadamia nut cookies are awesome. Unfortunately, the last two times I stopped by to get one they didn't have any of those cookies available. Disappointing !! View all feedback.

The workers are highly incompetent and rude. They don't even know how to make the drinks on the menu! I complained about receiving something that wasn't what I ordered and they responded very rudely and refused to fix it or give my money back. Great staff you had my order ready when I got there and helped me out of a ham when I had under ordered for my event.
Service here is slow. I ordered a latte and it tasted like milk with barely and espresso. If you have the option, go to another coffee shop
Ordered a cafe au lait, received just regular coffee with milk that wasn't steamed at all. Also payed for oat milk, but didn't get that. Waited 10 minutes as well.
This place has ok food. I like their bagels and breakfast croissant sandwiches. But it took FOREVER to get my latte. Almost half and hour. And then my drink wasn’t even what I wanted. I ordered and iced latte and they gave me a hot latte. When I told them I ordered an iced one, the lady promptly said, “Well you ordered a hot one” and didn’t seem like she had any intention of fixing my order. Nonetheless, I didn’t have time to have them remake my order and there was a significantly long line.As a barista myself, I understand things can get really busy and stressful but decent customer service would be nice. The lady seemed very unapologetic due to the influx of orders and short staff.
