Not sure if the definition of medium-rare is different here but I 'm fairly certain if I can see the pink of my steak BEFORE I cut into something is wrong. I can only wish I had grabbed a picture. "Had a great meal here on a late Saturday afternoon. Chislic was amazing! Tender and cooked to perfection. I had a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich with fries. Both were wonderful. Bun was toasted, veggies cooked with a little char on them, au juice was flavorful. Husband had a club sandwich and homemade chips. Chips came warm, they were so good. Great experience here.
