Any time we are Madison that’s were we love to go. This time is was great we could make reservations. The only draw back it wasn’t full because of Covid. But soon it will be back to full house. We can’t wait, thank you again for a great time. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about State Street Brats:
open table has us $5 a head for reservations. what? they don't accept reservations. So who took my $35 plus a auto generated tipp? no warning? bull rape is what that is. View all feedback.
You did not honor my reservation. I paid $20 for a lunch reservation in their terrace, but when I arrived, the hostess said there were no open tables and that they don't reserve tables outdoors. She offered to sit inside, but there is a pandemic that goes on, we paid for an outdoor reservation for a reason. We told her we'd wait and she said she was text/call when a table opened. She never called. I have informed State Street Brats about our experience on their website. A manager named Keegan contacted me immediately, but he tried to claim that they kept a table for us, but published it because we were over 15 minutes late (both not true) and he tried to claim that the host told us a lot of things that were in direct contradiction to what they actually said. He then offered us 4 hours after our reservation. Only after I replied to challenge the claim that this was somehow our fault, he offered to repay our $20 reservation fee. Then he got angry at me and pulled the old “Who do you think you talk to” card. I would not recommend for an outdoor reservation in this facility
Great food and great service from Anika! Don't miss out on the Bavarian Pretzel sticks. Will definitely eat there again.
Wasn’t treated well by staff and wasn’t let in even though my friends were at my table
We have 3 reservations two days in a row and they canceled them without telling us and we got there and couldn’t get in for over an hour. There was no compensation or even apology for their inconvenience towards our weekend.
