Subway - Madison

The newly remodeled store is quite clean, and the available seating is nice. The food is typical of Subway. However, the bathrooms have a second door leading into them, and they appear to be somewhat outdated.

Overall, the experience was quite good. However, the website needs to be updated to reflect the current seasonal hours of operation. When it claims to be open when it isn't, customers end up wasting their time and may feel frustrated enough to stay away for a while. Conversely, if it shows that the restaurant is closed when it’s actually open, potential customers might choose to go elsewhere. Inaccurate postings of hours are detrimental to the business in either case.

The sandwiches are delicious, but the staff's behavior leaves much to be desired. They didn’t pay attention to my order and then proceeded to argue with me about what they believed I had said. It was quite frustrating. While the location is convenient for students, I recommend looking elsewhere. I’m giving it 2 stars because the food is tasty, but the service is terrible.

This place is the dirtiest subway I've ever been in! Look down next time you're in line getting your sub. Cheese and crumbs all over the place that's several months old! And that's up front in plain view. Imagine what it looks like behind the Scenes....

Asked for Black Pepper and the person drowned the sandwich in black pepper. Not even edible after all this pepper. The person seemed to possibly be a manager and was very careless. Probably will not visit again after this. Cant even eat the sandwich.
