Can't say enough good things about thus pace. Great food, service, and atmosphere. Had a party of 4 and we all had different menu selections but we all loved our food. Fantastic cheesecake if you like that, ask about the sourcing great story!
Still great food and service. Reservations required.
We eat here often. The food is always wonderful and we always ask to be seated at one of Rod McBrien's tables. He's knowledgeable, efficient and just the right amount of attentive.
Great place to eat. I tried duck for the first time it was amazing
Upon our arrival, we were seated immediately. We were impressed by the hostess as the first table had a slight wobble so she sat us at a table that was completely level and stable. Our server Greg was quite attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. He quickly and thoroughly answered all of our questions about the menu. My guest ordered a garden salad and the Blackened Ahi Tuna Steak. I ordered a Caesar salad and Duck a L'Orange. Beverages and bread were served quickly and our salads were brought out within a few minutes. Our entrees were delivered within what seemed to be the minute we finished our salads. Both entrees were presented well. My guest thought the tuna was well prepared and tasty. The duck, in my opinion, was not seasoned well. The orange sauce made up for the lack of seasoning. I pointed out to our server Greg, that he had not served a half duck as the menu stated, but two legs instead. While the portion was probably the same, the cuts were different. Something like serving a T-bone steak instead of a filet mignon. My low grade for service is due to management's failure to address my concern. It is not what I would expect in a white-tablecloth restaurant. Management's failure to address my concern turned what could have been a great dining experience into a mediocre experience at best.
