What Samantha amy doesn't like about Cristal Palace:
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, serious flaw in the food, everything frozen of poor quality, cold dishes from the fridge and leftovers from the night before in the buffet; pre-cooked pasta, very little choice. You have to book the swimming pool and you only have 1 hour a day, but it isn't said at the time of booking. One day it was all booked and we couldn't go.
