Just arrived into Madrid, checked into the hotel, walked around a little bit and realized the siesto will start about 4 o’clock. Bumped into this restaurant 3 PM-ish and it was perfect. Very reasonable price three courses with several choices in each. Good portions. We had two soups, one heart one cold and two main dishes one being grilled fish the other Spanish meatballs. We were staying in the same building as Asador Castellano and it was still open when we arrived around 2am on Friday night. Lot of people inside but mostly for drinks. Food was poor, everything seemed to be served with french fries. Only thing worth mentioning was fried chorizo. Pint of beer was 4 euros, but they also had some promotion on bottled beers that was much better deal. View all feedback.
