It's hard to agree on the best madrid croquettes, but since I discovered those of pure strain I've taken quite a few people to prove them and always give me the reason. There are ham and ticket, rations are 6 units (can be ordered mixed) and are amazing. And if you're lucky, they've prepared specialties like cooking. Don't forget it!
