Our first real meal in Madrid and what a start. Service was excellent and the food exceptional. Don’t miss this gem but you may need a reservation if you eat as late as the local people. Although the food is really nice and it deserves a 4-stars rating, I am giving 3 stars because I think there are also many great restaurants in Madrid like this one and I didn't see anything that stood up more here than in any of the others.
