Apparently the place changed the name Felix Bar. Beautiful interior, comfortable seats. Drinks were okay, snacks too. But the service was slow and unstoppable. We wanted to get another round of drinks, but the staff ignored us. It was time to go to dinner, so we just came to the bar and paid and went. View all feedback.
