My evaluation is the average of two very different experiences that I have experienced in bouquets. the first one was in the bouquet room at noon, with the arzak menu. the second was also with the arzak menu, but a very superior menu in the quality of the living room, for dinner and in the restaurant. - experience in the bouquet room: I booked a menu for five people for the anniversary of my parents. from the beginning all were complications, as we had to pay the total amount of food in advance and we also had to order all the same dishes. On the day of the reservation we have called the restaurant to ask if there were boxers, and confirm that yes. we arrived there, and we don't see the Coast Guard anywhere. We asked at the restaurant and they told us they had seen him in the morning, but they didn't know where he was and they couldn't help us. So, we have to park the car in a paid parking lot. When we tell the waiter once, he tells us that Sundays there are no nights. We'll tell him it's Saturday, not Sunday, and he tells us Saturdays, either. We told him we were told colleagues who had seen the guard in the morning, and he tells us it would happen. I pick up the bestseller of duck and jarrete, very tasty both dishes. the service was exceptional, especially the maître, the ronny, and the waitress who attended us, paula. both were very pleasant and professional. In short, the arzak menu of terrace and lounge has nothing to do with the restaurant on the top floor, which can only go to dinner. the latter is infinitely better and at the same price.
