Excellent Manchegan specialties that you would not try anywhere in Madrid. All of them are excellent: the migas, the mortaruelo, the ratatouille, the atascaburras... Also the service is friendly. Of course, to order migas you have to book (I imagine that is normal, being a traditional style). But come on, an excellent discovery. View all feedback.

The place also offers the possibility to sit outside and be served in beautiful weather, and there is a eating area with chairs/tables. A counter with the ability to sit down invites you to linger.
