What beardocubauk likes about Vergara 97 Madrid:
A colleague and I visited for lunch. There is a small bar at ground level and the restaurant underground. We chose from the menu del dia fixed price, limited choice. I had potato and mushroom soup and trout both were very good. I followed with arroz con leche (the rice was a little undercooked) and coffee. Highly recommended. View all feedback.

This would appear to be a very traditional Spanish style restaurant, however it is really basically a cafeteria serving good wholesome fare but nothing outstanding or interesting. View all feedback.
