It appears that the reservation you make is not guaranteed since it appears to be subject to possible future occupancy of the hotel. Although it is perfectly understandable that it is not profitable to open the accommodation when there are few clients, I think it is also understandable that asking to cancel a reservation made a month ago because now you do not have enough clients and it will not be open is a detriment to the client.
