A good hotel to stay. Service is on time. Receptionists are very fast in answering and in action. Food is also good. Very calm and quiet though it is in roadside. Anytime I go to Madurai, kalavasal, I will stay here. This is my second visit. I love this hotel. View all feedback.

I stayed here for a day recently. For the exorbitant amount they charge, the service was very average. There was no hot water anytime of the day, the room keycards didn’t work at all. The corridor smells of cigarette. The bathrooms tubs are stained. How many ever times you complaint, they are like 10 mins will be fixed, but nothing happens. Room was average, bathrooms were okish.
