"I don’t often visit here an institution that is small in size, 7 tables and somewhere at each there are three people and one in the middle for 6 people on the menu, quite diverse staff know the menu well, dirty dishes are carried away on time, but still with such a small room it would be a shame. For dishes, I took tea, pepperoni pizza and waffles with salted caramel. Waffles are an anigilator gun, pizza is normal, but the sausage is coarsely chopped, if it were cut smaller and distributed over the entire pizza, it would be better. Бываю здесь не часто заведение маленькое по габаритам 7 столов и где то за каждым по три человека и один посередине на 6 человек по блюдам меню достаточно разнообразное персонал хороший знают меню грязная посуда уносится во время но все же при таком маленьком зале было бы стыдно. По блюдам брал чай пиццу пеперони и вафли с солёной карамелью . Вафли анигиляторная пушка, пицца норм но колбаса крупно порезанная если бы порезали мельче и распределили по всей пицце было бы лучше."

"We went to this institution with my girlfriends on 13-14.07.19. When I went to the bar for drinks, the administrator Ekaterina (who did not even have a badge or any other items certifying that she holds this position asked me for a passport. I said that I did not have a passport (yes, I admit an oversight . The administrator immediately silently took me to the security post, where they explained to me that I should leave this institution. But I had a photo of my passport on my phone, which I showed to the guards and immediately hurried back! Immediately the administrator catches up with me again and again asks me to leave the institution. I show her a passport photo, to which she replies that only the original document is needed, or a NATO-CERTIFIED copy!!! . In my presence, administrator Ekaterina was presented by other visitors with photographs of the document from the PHONE and she ACCEPTED them. I didn't even look at mine. In my opinion, on the face of a pronounced selective-biased attitude of the employee to visitors. Naturally, I could not stand it and was rude to her (I also admit an oversight . The administrator immediately asked the security guard to take me out. We, in turn, asked for a complaint book and left a review there. The pages of the complaint book, by the way, are not numbered. Special thanks to security guard Ivan for moral support. P.S. I am born in 89 and I am 30 years old. There were people in the hall clearly younger than me, and it is unlikely that all these visitors had original passports, or their copies were NATO-CERTIFIED! I ask you to have a conversation with an employee Ekaterina for a biased attitude towards visitors, give her at least some kind of badge or uniform and remove the crown that she invented for herself there from her head!"
