The employees here never wash their hands. I saw them clean the dirty dishes of tables, shake the trash into the garbage, then go to deliver food to customers....

"This is a buffet restaurant well worth visiting. The buffet is too small for the number of customers, which initially disappointed me as you must wait in line longer. My wife, a former caterer, explained the advantage. Dishes at the buffet are rapidly emptied and promptly refilled. Food at the buffet is fresh and hot. Selection is excellent and everything I tried was good. Ask them for their homemade pickles. Quite a unique flavor."

"We're new to the area, but not new to the Pizza cottage lovers family, so I thought I would give this situation a try. Well, first I always have a custom order bc we are picky, but no problem at all hitting it from the park with this order. I ordered Curbside bc I am from the delivery zone, but no problem... EXCEPT I gave the wrong color of my vehicle and forgot that it was prepared for color. When I arrived, I wait a little longer than expected, but as I said, I gave the wrong color of the vehicle. But it wasn't a problem that the lady went beyond and beyond to make sure I got my food by seeing #1 and wondering if it was me and #2 she didn't have my order to stay in HOT! I did it! Above and beyond, I was so impressed by the right and hot nature of our order. So thank you Mendenhall Pizza Hut!!! We're coming back!"
