Unfriendly staff, poor management, confused bar staff, slow to serve food and drink. Need I go on? They cant even get the basics right. And then my partner got charged for someone elses bar bill. He is still trying to get this refunded and they asked him to get the strangers who we were chatting to over a drink to call them and pay their bill, and then the hotel will refund us. Jokes!
