Horrible quality of chicken. They hardly resembled chicken parts. Lots of fat and gristle, tough meat, broken bones. This seems to be a trend at KFC, and this will be our final visit to any of them. Waited at least 5 minutes at the counter to be waited on, and their only other customers were in the drive thru. They appeared severely understaffed. The cashier was pleasant.
