The Vietnamese spring roll itself is delicious. The fish sauce tastes like sugar water, but they have some good things in the back when you ask for it, and the carved carrot on the plate have a light rancid taste and smell, a little bit past it. I’m not sure if something changed? The Pho was too sweet this last time and the fried rice was completely different than the last time we were here. Seemed like the recipe or the chef changed which makes me sad because this was my favorite Pho place in the area! View all feedback.
