What User doesn't like about Cafe Noir:
They seem to be understaffed or not very organized.... It seems we were waiting in line to order (and later waiting in line to pay) more time than actually eating the food. If there was a lot of people this would be normal, but there...wasnt a lot of people.... View all feedback. What User likes about Cafe Noir:
Initially recommended by a local, we stopped by on our return trip from Magog to sample their traditional oven baked bagels. Having consumed hundreds of Montreal style bagels over the past fifty years these were amazing. They were still hot when we left. DO NOT go there on a full stomach. Unfortunately, we have to now contend with 'bread' bagels of Ontario. Can't wait to go back. View all feedback.

Miam! freshly baked bagels_On my way to magog, I saw all the cars stopping at the same place with lots of people entering and going out of the shop.
If you have a chance to stop by, get bagels to take with you because you MUST get the beignets aux potate aka potato donuts aka AMAZING.

read moreCafe Noir is a charming bakery and restaurant that offers a delightful experience for visitors. While the service may be a bit slow due to understaffing, the food itself is worth the wait. The traditional bagels, croissants, bread, and pastries are all delicious and fresh, especially when still warm from the oven. The rustic atmosphere with a waterside patio adds to the overall charm of the place. While there may be some minor cleanliness and amateurish issues, the quality of the food and the warm hospitality of the staff make Cafe Noir a destination worth visiting.
