I was terribly disappointed with a service. Today, i went to starbucks to grab a drink, but i got a bad action from a staff, named K'Oat. He let others overtake my queue and his face seemed like he's not willing to service customers as well as his act. This would be the worst experience ever since i've used starbucks. View all feedback.
