What User likes about La Vielle Rouge:
This is a really quaint place and family run restaurant. We had their specialty dish, fish baked in banana leaf and it really was special. Perfectly cooked white fish, in a curry, coconut sauce that was delicious. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about La Vielle Rouge:
Very poor unmotivated, unfriendly service, half of the menu was not available, nobody mentioned that, just said „don’t have“ once the menu item’s were ordered. Waited 15 minutes for the bill. Change came up on request only. Asked the „server“ to call a taxi, did it after the third time. Fish was boring, saffron rice was tasteless, veggies too. Absolutely lovely owner he wasn’t supposed to open until evening but he saw two hungry tourists who had no luck finding an open restaurant in the neighbourhood...
