Had a great meal at the Brook Restaurant. Lovely wait staff and a wonderful chef. A interesting menu with some unusual dishes. Nice food, but lousy service. Nearly fell asleep between courses. Had to ask for ice bucket for champagne, had to ask for second bottle (there were 4 of us) after they'd given us our food. Dessert (which was in fridge) took 20 minutes and despite eating slowly, our coffees never came, and had to ask for those too. We were the only table in the restaurant for the last two hours.
