Went to the Fudo Ramen takeover at Dish Bistro last Monday it was AMAZING! What a good way to introduce this DELIVERY NUR restaurant to the area! This is the first time I've ever heard of a delivery-only concept... it is so cool that they offer a temporary pop-up to announce their new business. What User doesn't like about Fudo Ramen:
The delivery was really fast, but I wouldn't say it's authentic Japanese food. I ordered Shoyu wheels and the soup was like someone drank a bottle of soy sauce when I mixed the rams and soup together. It didn't even taste like ramen and tasted like stirring noodles. If you want Japanese authentic food, go somewhere else like Fujinoya in Hartsdale. View all feedback.
