Usually stop in here on my way from Gillingham to Ashford when I'm teaching or have meetings there. The staff in Costa here are always polite and pleasant, with a smile and sometimes a bit of chat. As an Armed Forces Veteran I have been pleasantly surprised at being offered HM Forces discount by a couple of staff when they have spotted my veterans badge, Question?
