What David G doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
I have visited this restaurant three times recently. On two occasions, the coffee was undrinkable and had to be thrown away, and one time it was lukewarm. During the third visit, the cash registers were not working, so nothing was available for purchase. Isn't it common knowledge to accept cash payments? Great place for a coffee. I was the hottest day and it was a great alternative.
Good coffee and polite service, but of overworked staff. the franchisee has to employ more workers, especially to cover peak times. a 35min queu for 5 customers has dropped us for the time
Beautiful chain coffee shop in headcorn village. good selection of hot and cold foods and drinks. Eating stock will be low on the afternoon, but always convenient if you want to grab something fast, especially if the children want to go to the park just around the corner!
A couple of coffee's and cake's in a relaxed atmosphere. Tables cleaned as customers leave giving plenty of room for new customers. Everyone wearing masks and a perspex screen at the counter doesn't help with the ordering process but it's something we have to do.
