Arrived seen to a seat after a few minutes wait. Placed on a bench time seating , very tired looking premises and furniture, route to the toilets really grotty. Food came out different times but were told to expect this. Music so loud you couldn’t hear each other speak. Very disappointed with whole experience. View all feedback.
