Let 's say it first: hamburgers are excellent, definitely amon the best 10 in Milan. But why should I be supposed to accept the do-it-yourself formula, writing down my order, getting a beer from the fridge, wait 20 minutes, stand up to pick up the food and then clean the table myself when I 'm paying 20+ euros for a burger???
