My guilty pleasure of Milan with so many options to go for a pizza, I prefer Spontini due to the very basic selection, low price (compared to other restaurants) and the almost american thick style of pizza. They always make a cheese pizza and then add your choice of topping on top. It is usually fresh as the place is quite popular and they always make one large pizza.
