Maillane only has three restaurants and we chose Le Bistrot, except it wasn't called Le Bistrot. It seemed to have three names but the proprietor assured us we were at the right place. The food is great, more sophisticated bistro kitchen. Outside terras very nice, inside architecture/decoration could be better. The only reason we won't go back is the "maitre d'hôtel" who is very arrogant and not polite. The other people who were serving there were helpful and kind. As soon as they fired the "maitre d'hotel" we'll definitely go back. read more.
