"I had to stop Diner in the Union because I love Diners, and I saw them very busy, so I thought I would stop and review it. I'm so glad I did. I had open face roast beef and the part was amazing. The food was great and so we ordered enough to feed my and my daughter in the lawhouses! Very happy with food and service!!! Definitely this will make a normal stop when we leave."

"The food is great 90% of the time. Sometimes the pizza looks like it was poorly put together the wings are overdone. Like whoever was making it just rushed to get it done. But….That’s not why I gave 4 stars.I’ve been a customer for 4 years now since I moved to the area. I honestly do love the food. The customer service needs improvement! Almost every time I call I get put on hold before I can utter a single syllable. Minutes minutes pass. I understand it gets busy but that is not a valid reason to keep a customer on hold for 5 or more minutes. One time while I was on hold waiting I thought they were ready to take my order but it was someone else they were talking to. I said “HELLO?” because I thought someone forgot I was waiting on the line. The response I got back was a quick “PLEASE HOLD”. Honestly that really upset me! It is so rude unprofessional. I don’t care if it’s just a pizza joint. You do not talk to someone like that! Especially a PAYING CUSTOMER! I hung the phone up and ordered from somewhere else. This is not the first time something like this has happened. All I’m saying is that if something isn’t done about the customer service ….you will lose customers. I don’t think I will be calling back anytime soon unless this is taken care of."

"Reserve a table ahead if coming in the evening, as it gets crowded inside. Once texted that table is ready, there is still 10 15 min wait inside which felt odd that it was wait on top of wait. Steak is good and the flavored lemonades are refreshing."
