"Quel bon souvenir de notre passage à Chartres !Petit restaurant qui s'inspire du bouchon Lyonnais. C'est petit, chaleureux, une équipe à l'écoute.Nous étions 3, nous avons pris l'andouillette sauce moutarde, la tête de veau sauce gribiche, et le pavé de saumon: un mot : SU-CCU-LENT !!!Pour le dessert, mon ami a commandé un dessert supplémentaire après coup (tatin "revisitée"), nous étions les derniers clients. Sur le coup le chef lui a dit que ce n'était pas possible, qu'ils n'en avaient plus. Avant de ressortir des cuisines quelques minutes plus tard, après avoir quand même pris le temps de lui en repréparer un ! C'était vraiment gentil !!!C'est le genre de choses qui ne s'oublie pas."

"I love burgers (and my son too) and we were not disappointed. Several original choices, extra breads, homemade fries. We also took excellent homemade iced tea and a caramel marrow. Very good value for money. Note an important choice of beer and rum I recommend."
