What User doesn't like about Ha Long Vietnamese Cuisine:
Was disappointed that the reviews didn't stand up to the expectations. We received our food within 5 minutes which ought to have been the signal about the quality of the food. The spring and summer rolls were excellent, but the two curry dishes we ordered were awful. The oil they used tasted stale and the ingredients not fresh.
